IT Manager

We are looking for an IT Manager to join the team of our client – a reference company in the construction sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

• Define and execute the IT strategy in line with business objectives.
• Directly manage a team.
• Manage on‑premise infrastructure, including physical servers.
• Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of the ERP.
• Provide IT support.
• Ensure best practices related to cybersecurity, IT governance and service continuity.
• Support the setup and maintenance of IT systems in construction site environments.
• Manage external service providers, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Produce and present management reporting using Power BI.
• Act as the key interface between IT, business stakeholders and the Executive Board.

What is required from you?

• Proven experience as an IT Manager, Head of IT or similar role.
• Strong hands-on profile, combined with strategic thinking.
• Background in operational, industrial, construction or engineering environments.
• Previous experience in consulting is highly valued.
• Solid knowledge of on‑premise IT infrastructures.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and IT best practices.
• Strong skills in Power BI and data visualization / reporting.
• Strong business orientation and ability to translate operational needs into IT solutions.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Clear communication with different stakeholders.
• Pragmatic, resilient and results-driven mindset.
