We are looking for a Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Engineer (R&D)
to join the Research & Innovation department, within the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence unit, focused on the development, integration, and implementation of humanoid robotics solutions in industrial environments.
This role will contribute to the development of proof-of-concepts aimed at validating and progressively scaling robotic solutions across industrial sites. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and the scientific ecosystem to support innovation and advance the state of the art in industrial humanoid robotics.

This role will contribute to the development of proof-of-concepts aimed at validating and progressively scaling robotic solutions across industrial sites. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and the scientific ecosystem to support innovation and advance the state of the art in industrial humanoid robotics.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, and implement humanoid robotics solutions for industrial applications;
- Contribute to the design and execution of proof-of-concepts, with a focus on validation and scalability;
- Support robotic applications in manufacturing, logistics, and quality environments;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align robotic solutions with industrial processes;
- Establish and maintain technical relationships with robotics manufacturers and robotic gripper suppliers;
- Work closely with external scientific and innovation partners;
- Ensure compliance with safety standards when working with physical systems and industrial equipment;
- Support iterative testing and improvement cycles in real industrial environments.
Technical Profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field, preferably with focus on Artificial Intelligence and/or Computer Vision;
- Strong knowledge of C++ and Python;
- Solid experience with ROS2 (Robot Operating System);
- Experience with simulation environments such as Gazebo and NVIDIA solutions, including NVIDIA Isaac Sim and GR00T N1;
- Strong background in Computer Vision;
- Knowledge of Physical AI, including Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models;
- Experience with Machine Learning, including Imitation Learning and/or Reinforcement Learning;
- Ability to integrate data from multiple sensors, including LiDAR, RGB-D cameras, tactile sensors, and inertial sensors;
- Knowledge of robot kinematics, dynamics, and motion planning;
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
- Knowledge of the industrial humanoid robotics value chain and robotic grippers is highly valued.
