Senior ERP Functional & Technical Specialist — Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central


An industrial group with international presence is strengthening its internal ERP team with a senior hybrid (functional + technical) profile to support and evolve a mission-critical, highly customized Business Central environment with multiple integrations across several entities.


Your Mission
  • Ensure production stability and day-to-day operational management
  • Diagnose and resolve functional + technical incidents (config, data, code, integrations)
  • Support users during critical periods and go-lives
  • Read/analyze AL (and C/AL in NAV contexts when needed)
  • Implement fixes and improvements autonomously in AL
  • Support integrations troubleshooting (REST / SOAP / APIs) and reporting
  • Validate and challenge vendor proposals, helping reduce vendor dependency


What We’re Looking For
  • 5–8 years with Microsoft Dynamics, strong in Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • NAV knowledge valued (migration context)
  • Solid experience in production environments
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong mix of business process understanding (finance/operations/logistics) and technical delivery


Not a Fit If
  • You’re only functional or only technical
  • Mostly NAV without solid Business Central experience
  • You want a low operational-demand environment
