IT Technician (Systems Administration )

Position: IT Technician (Systems Administration / Security)

We are looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on Windows‑based systems administration, security, and networking to join our technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows systems (Linux is a plus).
• Management of RDWeb environments and user support.
• Administration and operation of VMware infrastructures.
• Configuration, management, and segmentation of corporate network environments.
• Implementation and management of network assets, including Cisco and Fortinet switching and firewalls.
• Deployment and operation of information security tools such as Qualys, PingCastle, CrowdStrike Falcon, and SIEM solutions.
• Support in compliance and security audits.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of network and security infrastructures.

Required Profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Windows systems administration.
• Solid knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware).
• Strong experience with switching and firewalling (Cisco and Fortinet), including network segmentation.
• Familiarity with security and vulnerability management tools (Qualys, PingCastle, CrowdStrike Falcon / SIEM).
• Knowledge of information security standards and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
• Strong problem‑solving skills, autonomy, and teamwork mindset.
• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
