What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
- Gathering requirements from clients and understanding their business needs and goals;
- Designing, configuring, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, also providing training to clients to ensure effective use and adoption of the solutions;
- Creating detailed functional documentation, including requirement specifications and user manuals;
- Developing and customizing workflows, reports, dashboards, and automated processes to improve platform use.
What is required from you?
- Academic background in IT, or similar areas;
- Previous experience, preferably above 05 years, in similar responsibilities;
- Previous experience with Sales and Customer Service modules will be a plus;
- Good knowledge in technical architecture;
- Good interpersonal and relationship skills and ability to work successfully within a team;
- Sense of proactivity, initiative and innovation;
- Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
