We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, to integrate directly the team of our client – a reference company in the IT sector.
 
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
  • Gathering requirements from clients and understanding their business needs and goals;
  • Designing, configuring, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, also providing training to clients to ensure effective use and adoption of the solutions;
  • Creating detailed functional documentation, including requirement specifications and user manuals;
  • Developing and customizing workflows, reports, dashboards, and automated processes to improve platform use.


What is required from you?
  • Academic background in IT, or similar areas;
  • Previous experience, preferably above 05 years, in similar responsibilities;
  • Previous experience with Sales and Customer Service modules will be a plus;
  • Good knowledge in technical architecture;
  • Good interpersonal and relationship skills and ability to work successfully within a team;
  • Sense of proactivity, initiative and innovation;
  • Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
