We are looking for a CRM Executive to join the team of our client – a reference portuguese company in the gaming sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
- Create and maintain CRM campaigns with the sending of communications via e-mail, SMS, push and inbox;
- Manage and segmentate clients' databases;
- Analyze and optimize campaigns in order to improve conversion and retention;
- Create automatized cycles of communication for conversion and reactivation;
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure the efficiency of CRM strategies.
What is required from you?
- Degree in Marketing, Information Management, Engineering or similar;
- Minimum of 02 years of experience in a CRM role;
- Knowledge of conversion, retention and reactivation indicators;
- Good analytical and results evaluation skills;
- Good knowledge of Excel and IMS tools;
- Experience in web products management will be valued;
- Experience in the gaming area will be valued;
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
