We are looking for a Data Engineer to join the team of our client - Online Casino & Betting sector.


What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?


  • Develop, implement and maintain data pipelines using AWS and GCP services
  • Design and implement data storage solutions on AWS and GCP
  • Monitor and optimise the performance of data pipelines to ensure efficiency and scalability
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams – both internal and external – to define data requirements and deliver technical solutions in conjunction with these teams
  • Ensure data security and compliance by implementing security best practices on AWS and GCP
  • Document data processes and architectures to facilitate maintenance and scalability


What is required from you?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering or similar (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on AWS and GCP infrastructures
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL
  • Good knowledge of the main ETL/ELT tools
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS
  • Certified Data Analytics, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer or GCP Professional Data Engineer will be an advantage
  • Experience with data visualisation tools, such as Power BI
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English (essential)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience


In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970, the starting basic salary for this role is €40,000 gross per year. In addition, a meal allowance and health insurance are provided.
