We are looking for an IT Coordinator to join the team of our client – a reference company in the football sector.


What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
  • Lead the maintenance and support of IT equipment (Windows/macOS laptops, printers) and personal communication devices (iOS/Android smartphones, Teams/Zoom/Yealink), including inventory management, repairs and replacements for approximately 500 users.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding (Azure/Office 365 provisioning, Intune), security patching (Windows/Office, Defender/MFA) and the coordination of service and infrastructure changes impacting on-premises infrastructure – networks and systems.
  • Provide 24/7 VIP support for the Presidency/Executive (on-call/travel 30%), event support (on-site IT for conferences/matches/national teams, WiFi/AV) and SLA management via a ticketing platform.


What is required from you?
  • A degree in Computer Science/IT or a related field;
  • Over 5 years’ professional experience in end-user support/hardware maintenance;
  • Over 2 years’ experience in a coordinating role, including team and project management;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365/Intune/Defender, Windows/macOS/iOS/Android, and ITIL;
  • Proven experience in supporting VIP users;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written);
  • Driving licence and ability to travel independently 24/7;
  • On-site attendance is mandatory.
