To strengthen our Solution Design team, we are looking to recruit a:
Functional Business Analyst
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Model, map, and design functional, security, integration, performance, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with the Change and Business Units teams to produce and maintain updated PBIs.
• Ensure that functional documentation and wikis are always up to date.
• Conduct project assessments, delivering the functional design, cost estimates, and high-level execution plans for approval.
• Join the Scrum team during sprint/project execution.
• Support business areas with training and user acceptance testing (UAT), in collaboration with Business Partners.
Role Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in functional analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience in Solution Design and documenting functionalities.
• Definition of acceptance criteria for each functionality.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience coordinating development and testing teams.
• Experience in team management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes in a clear and simple way.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving root causes.
• Proactive, organised, and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English.
