Head of IT (M/F/D)

We are looking for a Head of IT to join the team of our client – a reference company in the services sector. 

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

·      Develop and implement an IT strategy align with the digital transformation goals of the company, being able to prioritize subjects as automation, security and AI integration;

·      Ensure the implementation of the systems plan, in conjunction with the business areas and software suppliers;

·      Prepare the budget projections associated with technology costs;

·      Ensure a correct and integrated identification in the study of solutions that may change or impact the technology map or solution architecture.

What is required from you?

·      Degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Management or other similar areas;

·      At least 5 years of experience in IT management teams and/or project roles;

·      Strong technological professional background;

·      Previous experience and participation in projects related to the digital area and digital transformation;

·      Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships, having a strategic and analytical mindset;

·      Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
