IT Infrastructure & Communications Manager

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Communications Manager to integrate the team of our client – a reference company in the banking sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? 

• Oversee and optimize all infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, data centers, and cloud environments, ensuring continuous availability and performance;
• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including platform stability, monitoring, disaster recovery planning, and implementation of security measures;
• Lead relationships with service providers, coordinating performance reviews and follow-up to ensure high service standards;
• Guarantee comprehensive process documentation and knowledge sharing through up-to-date user manuals.

What is required from you?

• Academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or other similar areas in reference schools;
• 10+ years of experience in IT, with solid experience in managing projects and services related to IT infrastructure and communication;
• Experience in communications architectures and IT operations;
• Good skills in managing teams, sense of responsibility, commitment, as well as ability to communicate clearly;
• Knowledge in Spanish will be a plus (written and spoken).
