IT Project Manager - Infrastructure & Systems Integration

We are looking for an IT Project Manager - Infrastructure & Systems Integration, to integrate directly the team of our client – a reference company in the industry sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

• Overseeing and supporting IT initiatives across the group's African subsidiaries, serving as a key liaison between local teams and corporate IT, ensuring alignment, consistency, and successful execution of strategic technology projects;
• Monitor, track, and report on the progress of IT projects within African subsidiaries, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met;
• Collaborate closely with local teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure effective communication and alignment with corporate standards;
• Ensure that all regional IT activities comply with corporate policies, cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory requirements;
• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in project execution and propose mitigation strategies in coordination with relevant stakeholders;
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project status, decisions, and outcomes, providing regular updates to Corporate IT leadership;
• Act as a point of contact for technical guidance and support for local teams, facilitating knowledge transfer and best practices.

What is required from you?

• Academic background in Computer Engineering, Science or similar areas;
• Minimum 04 years of experience in project coordination responsibilities, with strong understanding of infrastructure, systems integration, and cybersecurity principles;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across different time zones and cultures;
• Willingness to travel occasionally to African subsidiaries if required;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Fluency in French will be valued.
