We are looking for an IT Service Management Lead to join the team of our client – a reference company in the financial services sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
• Contribute to the definition of the IT area strategy, aligning it with business goals in order to contribute to the sustained development of the Bank;
• Oversee the projects allocated to your teams, planning and distributing tasks in order to meet the defined targets and ensure technical quality of the work developed, as well as participate in the analysis of new projects;
• Collaborate with other team leads and managers within the IT scope, ensuring the alignment between the different teams and identifying possible dependencies;
• Propose evolutions and improvements, within your scope of responsibility;
• Ensuring capacity management of the team, and manage the relationship with internal clients, partners and suppliers within the activity of the area;
• Manage microinformatic area, identifying and looking for solutions to respond to the identified needs.

What is required from you?
· Degree in Computer Science, Management, Computer Engineering or other similar area;
· Minimum of 8 years of overall experience in IT operations and/or service management, namely minimum 3 years of experience in IT projects and teams management;
· Sense of autonomy and focus on IT transformation;
· Ability to influence others, promoting their motivation and engagement;
· Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
· Fluency in English (written and spoken).
