We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our client’s team – an IT consulting company, focused on Microsoft technologies and digital services.

What will be your main responsibilities and task?

• You will be responsible for the entire technical component of CRM projects, interacting directly with the project’s teams and final clients;
• Define and analyze the business and technical requirements in order to ensure the alignment with the clients’ needs;
• Ensure alignment with the functional consultants and the development team;
• Manage the life cycle of the software implementation projects, ensuring the quality of the solution delivered and that fulfills the defined requirements, within the agreed deadlines;

What is required from you?

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management or similar area;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Dynamics CRM (specification, configuration and solutions’ delivery);
• Previous experience in customizing Dynamics CRM platform (attributes, views, forms, etc.)
• Experience in business and technical requirements analysis, as well as direct interaction with different stakeholders;
• Previous experience in project management roles is a strong plus;
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Project Management will be valued;
• Good analytic and critical thinking with a problem solving drive;
• Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships;
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
