We are looking for a Practice Lead to join the internal team of our client – a reference company in the retail sector.


What will be your main responsibilities?

- Lead all IT Product development initiatives for the Marketing area (e.g. CRM, Marketing Automation, etc.);
- Coordinate and lead the Product Owners (internal and external) of the Marketing team;
- Define and manage the entire IT product roadmap strategy, being responsible for defining objectives, scope, stakeholders, key priorities, budget, and IT team strategy for each initiative;
- Work with the entire Tech Team Management team to improve processes and teams, as well as ensure alignment with the rest of the Product areas;
- Ensuring, together with project teams, Change Management and adoption of IT systems;
- Act as the main interlocutor between the business area and the technical teams;
- Support, when necessary, the entire process analyses of the business needs, design of processes, preparation of user stories, etc.


What is required from you?

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or other similar area;
- Previous experience in managing teams of Product Owners or Business Analysts;
- Previous experience in projects related to CRM and Marketing Automation will be critical for success in the role (preferably with SalesForce);
- Previous experience in the development of user stories, use cases, workflows, wireframes, functional specifications, being valued previous experience with Process Design tools (e.g. Draw.io, Visio, Bizagi) and Jira/Confluence;
- Passion for developing innovative projects that improve the customer experience, curiosity to explore tech trends and how we can integrate them into the company reality;
- Availability for occasional trips;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
