Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the IT team of our client – a company specialized in the Telecom sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

• Design, develop, and deliver enhancements and new capabilities on a business operation management platform to meet evolving business needs;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and drive continuous platform optimization;
• Ensure developments follow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines;
• Contribute to solution design reviews and mentor junior developers to strengthen team capability;
• Provide Level 3 technical expertise to resolve complex incidents and ensure platform performance, stability, and security.

What will be required from you?

• Degree in Technology, Computer Science or a similar area;
• At least five years of experience in full stack development;
• Solid understanding of web application development and RESTful API integrations;
• Advanced Java and Javascript skills with experience in modern framework;
• Additional experience in Data integration platforms (e.g., Apache NiFi), Dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Apache Superset, Power BI) and BPMN engines (e.g., Flowable) will be considered a plus;.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused;
• Collaborative team player, open to mentoring others;
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
