We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join the team of our client – a reference company in the Technology sector.
 
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
  • Maintain the contact with clients and stakeholders, to ensure that the product is working according to the needs;
  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of services, ensuring compliance with Application and Service Level Agreements;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the ERP service issues;
  • Ensure that the service delivery and support processes are on track in terms of consistency and high level.


What is required from you?
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other similar area;
  • Experience in service delivery of CRM, ERP, or niche market software solutions;
  • Experience with implementation workflow of requirements gathering, configuration, documentation, testing, training, hyper care (Go Live), among others;
  • Experience working on teams with different stakeholders;
  • Customer-facing attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
