We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join the IT team of our client – a company specialized in the Telecom sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
- Manage daily service level issues with key customers and stakeholders to ensure service delivery;
- Define the overall quality assurance strategy and the service level framework and monitoring processes;
- Identify risks that may lead to contractual breaches/ penalties and define mitigation strategies involving relevant internal stakeholders;
- Define and drive operational efficiency initiatives with the objective of streamlining operations.

What will be required from you?
- Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or other similar area;
- Previous experience as Service Delivery Manager, preferably in Telecom industry;
- Professional experience in Operations management;
- Previous experience with databases and dashboard tools;
- Good understating of the customer’s needs and analytical skills;
- Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships and strong stakeholders management skills;
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
