We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join the IT team of our client – a company specialized in the Telecom sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
- Act as technical account to ensure service delivery and quality assurance for key Customers;
- Identify the key performance and contractual indicators for different Customers, as well as define the service level framework and the monitoring process;
- Identify risks that can lead to contractual penalties and define mitigation strategies involving relevant stakeholders;
- Define and drive operational efficiency initiatives with the objective of streamlining operations.

What will be required from you?
- Degree in Engineering or other similar area;
- Previous professional experience in a similar role;
- Solid knowledge about the telecommunications sector;
- Experience in managing programs and deliveries;
- Good understanding of business drivers and customer focus;
- Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships and strong stakeholders management skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Fluency in English both written and spoken;
