SQL Server Developer

QiBit (Gi Group Holding), a brand specialising in the recruitment and selection of IT profiles, is recruiting a SQL Server Developer for direct integration into our client's team, a modern, dynamic and robust Fintech company specialising in the area of credit, with more than 300 employees in Iberia.

We have a challenging and ambitious professional project for a SQL Server Associate, with the opportunity to develop technical and personal skills, knowledge and above all grow.

The profile we’re looking for:

• Hard skills:Proven 2+ years of experience as an SQL Developer and ETL Processes;
• Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming, Microsoft SQL Server;
• Knowledge of data modeling following the best practices;
• The Software Development Life Cycle (specifically Scrum) and the Agile methodology;
• Fluent in English.
• Soft Skills:Proactivity and constant technological evolution;
• Team work and result oriented;
• Good communication and interpersonal / facilitation skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in ETL processes with SSIS and Console Applications (C#);
• Effective Experience with SQL Server 2019 and In-Memory;
• Query Optimization (SPs, Views, Functions, Dynamic Sql, …) using DMVs and advance optimization tools;
• Knowledge and experience in Data Security and Data Protection.

The day-to-day of this position:

• Develop high-quality SQL Server database solutions;
• Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements;
• Writing optimized SQL queries for integration with other applications;
• Designing database tables and related objects;
• Use T-SQL to develop and implement procedures and functions;
• Developing scripts and procedures for application development;
• Implement ETL Processes;
• Research required data;
• Suggest new queries.
