Mission
The Team Leader of Solution Design is responsible for leading, developing, and ensuring excellence in functional and technical design across applications, ensuring alignment between business, architecture, and delivery teams.


Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Solution Design team.
- Oversee the design of end-to-end solutions that meet business strategy and customer requirements.
- Ensure documentation quality: PBIs, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional wikis.
- Govern functional standards and design methodology.
- Support project assessment, functional design, cost estimates, and execution plans.
- Integrate Scrum team activities ensuring requirement clarity.
- Coordinate functional testing and QA alignment.
- Support UAT and operational handover.
- Communicate effectively with business, development, and suppliers.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation.


Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Solution Design within complex enterprise environments.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including user stories, PBIs, and acceptance criteria.
- Deep understanding of functional architecture and system integration (APIs, microservices, middleware).
- Ability to map AS-IS/TO-BE processes and design end-to-end solutions.
- Broad technical understanding across application layers: frontend, backend, databases, cloud, and security.
- Experience producing structured functional documentation (specs, UML/BPMN, wikis).
- Experience supporting QA and defining test scenarios.
- Ability to ensure functional coherence across multiple products, promoting reusability and scalability.


Professional Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Solution Design, Business Analysis, or equivalent roles.
- Proven experience in leading teams (formal or functional).
- Participation in digital transformation programs or implementation of large-scale corporate solutions.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders (business, architecture, development, QA, external vendors).
- Experience in regulated or high‑documentation environments.
- Experience coordinating handover, UAT, and operational transition processes.


Impact
Ensures functional rigor, quality in solution delivery, and alignment with organizational strategy.


Influence
Acts as the key functional interface with business, architects, developers, QA teams, and external partners.
