At QiBit we are seeking to recruit an experienced Workday Senior Analyst – Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to support and enhance our client's Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards functionalities within the Workday platform.


This role will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and maintaining the Workday Recruiting, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience for both internal stakeholders and candidates. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards processes, strong analytical and technical skills, and experience in delivering innovative solutions to meet business needs.


Responsibilities
  • System Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and maintain the Workday Recruiting, Compensation, and Benefits modules, including set-up of job requisitions, compensation plans, bonus structures, and benefit elections.
  • Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards teams to understand business needs, translating requirements into Workday configurations and ensuring system alignment with organizational goals.
  • Business Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance workflows, notifications, and approvals within Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards modules to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to provide insights into recruitment metrics, compensation trends, and benefits utilization.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct end-to-end testing of configurations, troubleshoot system issues, and support bi-annual Workday releases to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • User Support & Training: Serve as a resource for HR, TA, and Compensation teams, providing end-user support and training on new functionalities, best practices, and process updates.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all configurations adhere to regulatory and compliance standards. Maintain thorough documentation for system configurations, integrations, and business processes.


Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Experience:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Workday configuration and support, specifically in Recruiting, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Proven experience in system configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting within the Workday platform.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Recruiting, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules.
  • Proficiency in Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, Business Process Framework, and data management tools (such as EIBs).
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and translation of technical requirements to end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
