At QiBit, we are looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Workday Senior Integration Specialist to join our client's HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday HCM and other Workday modules, strong technical skills in integration, reporting, and configuration, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.


As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement enhancements and integrations within the Workday platform to meet the evolving needs of our client's organization.


Responsibilities
  • Develop & Configure: Lead development and configuration efforts across Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and others as required.
  • Integration Development: Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Web Services. Building and Maintaining Integrations for Payroll, Time & Attendance, Finance & IT Systems
  • Custom Reporting & Dashboards: Create custom reports and dashboards to support business insights, using Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Workday Prism Analytics.
  • System Enhancements & Optimization: Analyze current configurations and integrations to identify opportunities for enhancements, optimizations, and automation.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain and create detailed documentation for system processes, customizations, and integrations.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot system issues, and provide solutions for timely resolutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Mentoring & Training: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and HRIS team members, promoting knowledge sharing and team growth.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all developments adhere to Company Policies, regulatory, compliance, and security standards.


Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Workday development, configuration, and integration.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Web Services, Workday Extend and Report Writing.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining Workday Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and advanced reporting techniques.
  • Familiarity with Workday Extend, Security, Business Process Framework, and Configuration.
  • Experience with data migration, data transformation, and error troubleshooting within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Certifications: Workday Certifications (preferred but not required) in areas such as Workday Integration, HCM, or Payroll.
