We are looking for a System Administrator (m/f/d), to integrate directly the team of our client – a reference company in the F&B industry – Super Bock Group.


What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
·       Ensure the continuous operation of IT systems, networks and critical applications. Solve technical issues, analyze performance and tuning and provide 3rd level support for complex incidents;
·       Perform regular maintenance and configuration of servers, databases, including monitoring, backups, patching, incident solving and management of required changes, contacting when necessary with external suppliers to support;
·       Implement and audit security policies to protect the company’s data and systems, managing identities, accesses and permissions, and ensuring compliance with security requirements;
·       Participate in IT projects, from planning to implementation, cooperating with internal and external teams to ensure its successful delivery;
·       Plan, install and configure new servers and databases in high-availability solutions and disaster recovery;
·       Maintain detailed documentation of systems, procedures and IT policies, updating playbooks, procedures and scripts when necessary, and ensuring they are properly shared with 1st and 2nd level of support;
·       Cooperate with multidisciplinary teams, identifying opportunities to optimize and innovate in new procedures, tools and IT systems, proposing and implementing solutions that improve efficiency and security.


What is required from you?
·       Academic background in Computer Engineering, Science or similar areas;
·       Previous and solid experience, ideally between 04 and 05 years in system administration, preferably in corporate environments, with ability to troubleshoot and solve technically complex issues;
·       Knowledge in several Microsoft roles, such as print servers, file sharing and remote desktop;
·       Experience in installing, configuring and maintaining Windows Server environments and servers;
·       Experience in AD and Entra ID, administrating Active Directory, Users, GPOs, Certificates, DNS and DHCP;
·       Knowledge in Linux, Vmware and/or hyper-V;
·       Solid knowledge in PowerShell, shell scripting, Azure and CGP;
·       Experience in SQL database management and servers’ administration;
·       Knowledge in managing Exchange in hybrid and on-prem/O365 environments;
·       Knowledge in backups and recovery tools and procedures;
·       Knowledge in network security, protocols and services, and in Microsoft security tools;
·       Knowledge in central management of Endpoint (Intune e SCCM);
·       Analytical and problem solving skills, sense of planning, organizations and interpersonal skills;
·       Availability and flexibility to ensure specific tasks after working hours if necessary, and ability to decision making in more high-pressure or fast changing contexts;
·       Hybrid working model;
·       Fluency in English (written and spoken).
