Product Manager/Senior IT Business Analyst (m/f)

We are looking for a Product Manager/Senior IT Business Analyst to join the IT team of our client – a company specialized in the Telecom sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

- Analysing business demand, understanding the business drivers and translating into user stories to maximize the business value delivered by IT;

- Consult requestors in formalizing their IT demand, identifies risks, conflicting priorities, interdependencies and overlap in the product backlog and develops options to resolve them;

- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog in close collaboration with Product owners, maintains the epic and release plan to ensure optimal utilization of the IT development capacity;  

- Ensures developers understand the requirements and the value to be delivered;

- Actively identify and engage in opportunities for Continuous Improvement to evolve the capability of the development team.

What will be required from you?

- Degree in Engineering or other similar area;

- At least 04 years of experience in a similar role;

- Previous experience in IT Business Analysis, IT development or similar in distributed organisations and in an international environment;

- Solid experience in Agile software development methodologies, ideally in complex organizations at the interface between Business and IT;

- Good understanding of business drivers and customer focus;

- Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships and strong stakeholders management skills;

- Strong analytical skills;

- Fluency in English both written and spoken;
