Cyber Security Specialist

We are looking for an Cyber Security Specialist to join the team of our client – a reference company in the automative sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

• Lead incident response activities;
• Operate, manage and further develop IT security operations and IT protection measures within the company;
• Monitor threats in real time, including diagnosis, communication and remediation;
• Lead and manage IT security-related projects;
• Provide contributions and recommendations regarding cyber security, IT security policies, risks and general best practices in the field of cyber security;
• Support the implementation of TISAX / ISO 27001 / CIS related controls and the associated security audits;
• Coordinate IT protection measures with third-party providers;
• Support the adjacent IT infrastructure.

What is required from you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in cyber security and IT infrastructure;
• Solid knowledge of antivirus and data encryption tools;
• Experience with vulnerability scanners and CVSS scoring methodologies;
• Hands-on experience with email security solutions and filtering mechanisms;
• Familiarity with automated intelligent content checking processes;
• Knowledge of internet application and service control mechanisms;
• Experience working with IDS/IPS systems;
• Understanding and practical use of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools;
• Experience with threat intelligence systems and related services;
• Ability to perform continuous event analysis and security monitoring;
• Proven experience with cloud security operations;
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working within international teams.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970, the starting basic salary for this role is €35,000 gross per year. In addition, there is a meal allowance, health insurance and other benefits.
