IT Manager

We are looking for an IT Manager to join the team of our client – a reference company in the insurance sector. 

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

• Reporting to the administration board, this professional will be responsible for managing the internal technical team as well as external partners or providers;
• Managing the budget projections associated with technology costs;
• Manage technical projects and associated teams;
• Promote and evangelize digital transformation, IT strategy and roadmap, according to the business needs and requirements.

What is required from you?

• Degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Management or other similar areas;
• Previous solid experience in IT management teams and/or project roles;
• Previous experience and participation in managing projects and teams related to software, application or ERP solutions;
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services area will be valued;
• Good negotiation and stakeholders management skills;
• Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships, having a strategic and analytical mindset;
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
