What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
- Define and execute the IT strategy in line with business objectives.
- Directly manage a team.
- Manage on‑premise infrastructure, including physical servers.
- Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of the ERP.
- Provide IT support.
- Ensure best practices related to cybersecurity, IT governance and service continuity.
- Support the setup and maintenance of IT systems in construction site environments.
- Manage external service providers, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Produce and present management reporting using Power BI.
- Act as the key interface between IT, business stakeholders and the Executive Board.
What is required from you?
- Proven experience as an IT Manager, Head of IT or similar role.
- Strong hands-on profile, combined with strategic thinking.
- Background in operational, industrial, construction or engineering environments.
- Previous experience in consulting is highly valued.
- Solid knowledge of on‑premise IT infrastructures.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and IT best practices.
- Strong skills in Power BI and data visualization / reporting.
- Strong business orientation and ability to translate operational needs into IT solutions.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Clear communication with different stakeholders.
- Pragmatic, resilient and results-driven mindset.
In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970, the starting basic salary for this role is €50,000 gross per year. In addition, a meal allowance and an annual bonus are provided.
