ERP Financial Analyst

We are looking for a ERP Financial Analyst to join the team of our client – a reference company in the automotive sector who is creating a new IT Hub in Portugal.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in the ERP system
• Verify and ensure process and documentation compliance
• Maintain and update ERP data records
• Provide administrative support to the IT Finance function
• Support internal users, clarifying operational questions
• Perform financial and operational data analysis using Excel
• Organize information and support control/audit processes

What is required from you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Finance, or Information Technology
• Proven experience in administrative roles involving ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Fluent English (daily use, both written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate internally
• High level of autonomy and sense of responsibility
