Project Manager – Spanish speaker

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the team of our client – a reference company in the automotive sector who is creating a new IT Hub in Portugal.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

• Lead application implementation projects, with a strong focus on SAP
• Manage application deployments (not development), ensuring integration of solutions delivered by third parties
• Drive end-to-end SAP projects (planning, execution, go-live, and stabilization)
• Define and execute detailed, results-driven project plans, aligned and shared with the team
• Coordinate cross-functional and international teams, ensuring alignment, execution, and accountability
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders in the U.S.
• Ensure proper governance, regular reporting, and risk mitigation
• Support the team and remove operational blockers (hands-on when needed)
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer during transition/overlap periods

What is required from you?

• Senior Project Manager with strong experience in international environments
• Solid background in SAP implementations and project delivery
• Proven experience in application deployment (vs. development)
• Strong experience in team coordination and execution delivery
• Experience managing senior stakeholders
• Experience with global or multi-country SAP rollouts
• Exposure to manufacturing environments (e.g., Mexico plants)
• Frequent interaction with U.S.-based teams and business partners
• Preferable Native Spanish or very strong Spanish speaking (mandatory)
• Fluent English (mandatory)
