Cybersecurity IT & OT Manager

We are looking for a Cybersecurity IT & OT Manager to join the team of our client - water transport support activities setor.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

• Organize security committees and support cyber maturity initiatives.
• Review and implement security policies (access control, MFA, encryption).
• Develop and maintain third‑party/vendor risk management processes.
• Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and testing.
• Assess and mitigate vulnerabilities, incidents, and pentesting findings.
• Conduct security awareness actions and address risky user behaviors (e.g., phishing).
• Monitor IT/OT security operations and system performance.
• Support the definition of procedures and compliance with security standards and policies.
• Coordinate internally during incidents, crises, and audit activities.
• Support security requirements for new technologies and solutions.
• Plan and manage projects, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform risk & compliance monitoring, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit mandatory regulatory reports.

What is required from you?

• Relevant security certifications (e.g., GIAC, ISACA, ISC², ISO 27001/27002, Cisco Security).
• Experience designing enterprise security architecture and procedures.
• Ability to develop and deliver security awareness training.
• Experience creating Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans (ISO‑aligned).
• Hands-on administration of IT security controls.
• Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure, networking, systems, and databases.
• Familiarity with investigative and analytical security techniques.
• Mandatory proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Solid background in network administration.
• Experience with Cisco supervision tools and components.
• Hands-on experience with F5 load balancers (or similar).
• Strong knowledge in routing, switching, VPN, troubleshooting and firewalls (Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Understanding of security protocols and network technologies (Radius, IPv4/6, NAT, DNS, DHCP, wireless, IPS/IDS).
• Good understanding of switching and multicast.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper‑V, VMware).
• Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Dynatrace).
• (Nice to have) Experience using RPA in network monitoring.
• (Nice to have) Knowledge of advanced connectivity solutions (e.g., Fluidmesh).
